Here we go!

I decided to revisit this whole blogging idea. I have so much extra time on my hands, (sarcasm). Why not just go for it. So here goes! All of the updates on kiddos, pets, and life in general...

The kids

Peyton Michelle will be 11 years old at the end of May.
Where has the time gone? She is a smart, beautiful girl with a strong personality and kind heart. She makes me so proud. She is taking violin lesson through the UGA String Project and gymnastics. Over the past year, she has completed 3 5K races with her mama. I have to admit, her times are faster than mine.

Jackson Garrett aka "Cracker Jack". What can I say about my sweet boy Jack. He has big blue eyes and loves his mama. He never met a video game he didn't like. He loves skateboarding and is having a great year in 3rd grade. Jack will be 9 years old in July.

Davis Breeden aka D-Zilla, Diablo, Baby D... He is the spitting image of his mama for sure! He loves cars, trucks, trains, tractors, airplanes, motorcycles... Davis keeps us all laughing with the things he comes up with. He will be 5 years old in July. He is enjoying Pre-K at the big school that his brother and sister attend.

Davis and Hershey
Can't forget our fur-child, Hershey. She is an 18 month-old lab puppy although I don't think a dog her size could be classified as a puppy. She has found her place in our home, always staying right above Davis in the pecking order. Davis weighs about half as much as Hershey so I guess that is right.

Gregg is still working at the golf course although he rarely plays golf much anymore. He enjoys working in the yard and doing 3rd grade math homework. That's a running joke in our house since he has become the one who helps Jack. I think he is actually learning something...I'm talking about Jack, of course.

And then there is me... Staying busy with work, Jr. League, and PTO. Not too many pictures of me because I am usually the one behind the camera. I am enjoying learning about photography by taking pictures of my favorite subjects...my family! It has become my hobby. I am also beginning to train for the Athens Half Marathon in October. Stay tuned...
